We create efficiencies (recruitment, payroll and managing health and safety) and strive to make the apprentices hired by ATNZ more productive through the mentoring and support we provide.
A host company only pays for the hours an apprentice works in or on their business. Any other time including holiday, sickness or time spent on block courses, is paid for by ATNZ. ATNZ also incur and pays for all qualification-related training costs.
