ATNZ provide a full suite of expert support services from recruitment through to completion at a price which reflects standard employee oncosts. The apprentice is employed and managed by ATNZ, allowing hosts to focus on developing their businesses.
We give hosts the advantage of fit-for-purpose staffing without the concern of long-term contracts. We also support the apprentice through continuous broad-based work and training, resulting in a national qualification.
We create efficiencies (recruitment, payroll and managing health and safety) and strive to make the apprentices hired by ATNZ more productive through the mentoring and support we provide.
A host company only pays for the hours an apprentice works in or on their business. Any other time including holiday, sickness or time spent on block courses, is paid for by ATNZ. ATNZ also incur and pays for all qualification-related training costs.

ATNZ has access to a large pool of quality candidates from which we draw and find the right apprentice for the right company. We understand that the proper fit, preparation and support are vital to attracting the right people and reducing attrition.
Workplace training and support.
Our apprentice workplace training and support includes at least ten visits from a dedicated Account Manager annually.
These visits bring a breadth of support to companies, provide pastoral care, coaching and mentoring to apprentices, and improve workplace relationships, work productivity and success rates.

Apprenticeships are the most surefire way to provide a pipeline for your future skilled workforce. ATNZ delivers a higher success rate than non-ATNZ engineering and manufacturing apprentices.
