This ATNZ-designed short course has been developed to provide specialist training and a basic understanding of precision measurement in machining quality control.
What is covered?
Who should attend?
The course is designed for people who are relatively new to undertaking precision measurement and verifying the quality and dimensions of finished products. The course is suitable for people beginning a career as a CNC operator, machinist, fitter turner, toolmaker or quality control specialist.
Key Benefits
Those completing the course will have the skills and knowledge to accurately check components to drawing specifications in various engineering and manufacturing workplaces. The improved reliability of operators will result in reduced wastage and an improvement in profitability.
